Do your rates include gratuity, tolls and fuel surcharges?+
Yes. Every quote is all-in: gratuity, tolls, fuel and meet-and-greet (for airport pickups) are built into the flat rate you see. There is nothing extra on the day of the ride.
How early should I book an airport pickup?+
Same-day bookings are welcome when we have availability, but for guaranteed service we recommend at least 6 hours ahead. For peak holiday weekends we suggest 24–48 hours.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight in real time using the flight number provided at booking and adjust pickup automatically. There is no extra charge for normal flight delays.
Where exactly will my chauffeur meet me at O'Hare or Midway?+
Curbside pickup by default (fastest) — your chauffeur texts you on arrival. Meet-and-greet inside baggage claim with a name sign is also available at no extra charge on request.
Can I book a round trip or multi-stop itinerary?+
Yes. You can add a return trip or up to 3 intermediate stops directly in our booking form. Pricing is calculated instantly for each leg.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup for sedan and SUV, 12 hours for vans and group vehicles. After that a 50% fee applies; no-shows are charged in full.
