O'Hare & Midway Pickup
The exact steps your OhareRides chauffeur takes to meet you — at the curb, or inside the terminal — for ORD and MDW.
Cell Phone Lot F

- · Domestic (T1/T2/T3): lower-level arrivals curb
- · International (T5): ground transportation exit after CBP
- · ATS train: connects T1–T5, every 3 min
Cell Phone Lot B
The chauffeur waits at Lot B, 5757 S. Cicero Avenue. Three to five minutes from baggage claim curbside. No parking fee.
- · Single terminal — pickup directly at the arrivals curb (lower level)
- · Smaller and faster than O'Hare — most pickups complete in under 10 minutes from landing
- · Meet-and-greet available at Door 4 (baggage claim)
Pickup procedure — step by step
Land and walk to baggage claim
Your chauffeur already knows your flight number and tracks the wheels-down time. No need to call right away — get your bags first.
Text the chauffeur from baggage claim
The direct chauffeur number is SMS'd 30 minutes before pickup. A simple "baggage claim" message triggers the curb-side approach.
Walk out to the arrivals curb
Terminal 1, 2, or 3 — lower level (Departures is upper level, do not exit there). Terminal 5 — follow the ground transportation signs after CBP.
Identify the vehicle
Make, model, and license plate are in your confirmation. The chauffeur will be standing curbside or pull up within 4–7 minutes of your call.
Luggage and depart
Chauffeur loads luggage, confirms the destination, and confirms any preferences (water, charger, route preference). You are on the road within 90 seconds of vehicle approach.
Curbside vs. Meet-and-Greet
Curbside is the default and is faster. Meet-and-greet — where the chauffeur parks, walks into the terminal with a placard, and meets you at baggage claim — is recommended for these cases:
- · International arrivals (Terminal 5) — for first-time visitors to Chicago
- · Families with young children or strollers
- · Mobility assistance needed — chauffeur can request a wheelchair escort
- · Late-night arrivals after 11 PM, when terminals are quiet
- · VIP / corporate guests — formal placard greeting at baggage claim
Meet-and-greet is $39 for trips within 60 miles (O'Hare, Midway, or point-to-point). Add it at booking — cancel any time, even after landing, just call dispatch.
Common questions
Where does the chauffeur wait at O'Hare?
Your chauffeur stages at the O'Hare Cell Phone Lot (Lot F, 10000 W. Bessie Coleman Drive). It is two minutes from the terminals and incurs no parking fee. When you text or call after deplaning, the driver leaves Lot F and arrives curbside within 4–7 minutes.
Curbside pickup or meet-and-greet — which do I have?
Curbside is the default for domestic arrivals (faster, no parking fee). Meet-and-greet means the chauffeur parks, walks into the terminal with a placard, and meets you at baggage claim — useful for international arrivals, families with kids, VIP guests, or anyone unfamiliar with O'Hare. Meet-and-greet is $39 for trips within 60 miles (ORD, MDW, or point-to-point). Add it at booking.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time via the airline's FAA data feed. You do not need to call us about delays — the chauffeur is automatically rescheduled. Standard wait time after landing is included; longer delays may incur wait fees per dispatch policy.
What about international arrivals at Terminal 5?
After clearing US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Terminal 5, follow signs to the curbside Vehicle Pickup area. Average CBP time is 25–45 minutes after deplaning — we monitor CBP wait data and time the pickup to your actual exit, not your wheels-down time. Meet-and-greet at the Terminal 5 doors is recommended for first-time visitors to Chicago.
What if I can't find my driver?
Call dispatch at 312-350-7319 immediately. The chauffeur's direct number is sent via SMS 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup. We will keep you on the line and walk you to the vehicle.
Does this apply to Midway (MDW) too?
Yes — Midway has its own Cell Phone Lot (Lot B, 5757 S. Cicero Avenue). The procedure is identical. Midway is a smaller airport, so curbside pickup typically takes 3–5 minutes from the call.
