Cancellation Policy
We know plans change. Our policy keeps things predictable for you and gives our chauffeurs reasonable notice.
Standard cancellations
- More than 4 hours before pickup — full refund, no questions.
- 2 to 4 hours before pickup — 50% of the quoted total is charged; the rest is refunded.
- Less than 2 hours before pickup or no-show — full quoted total is charged.
Changes (date, time, address)
Reach out as soon as you know — we accommodate good-faith changes at no charge whenever capacity allows. If a change requires a different vehicle class or significantly different distance, we'll re-quote and confirm before charging.
Flight delays and cancellations
If your flight is verifiably delayed or cancelled by the airline, we will not charge a no-show fee. Our chauffeurs use real-time flight tracking and adjust pickup automatically — you don't need to call. For cancelled flights you can either reschedule the ride at no charge or cancel for a full refund.
Severe weather and force majeure
If safe driving becomes impossible due to a snowstorm, blizzard, ice event, or other declared emergency, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund. Conversely, you may cancel without penalty in the same circumstances — give us a call.
How to cancel or change
Reply to your confirmation email, text the operator number from the booking, or call 312.350.7319 at any time. Email is best for non-urgent changes; calls are best within 4 hours of pickup.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Most appear in 5-10 business days. We do not charge a processing fee on refunds.
Disputes
If you disagree with a charge, please email [email protected] first. We resolve almost everything informally within a day. Stripe chargeback initiation should be a last resort.
