Where you meet is the main difference
With curbside pickup, you and dispatch agree a designated meeting point outside the terminal. With Meet & Greet, the chauffeur meets you inside the public arrivals area with a name sign. This does not provide access to a secure gate area or bypass passport control and customs.
Curbside pickup
Collect your bags, complete arrival formalities and contact dispatch when you are ready. Confirm your terminal, door and current meeting point. Verify the vehicle details before boarding. The time to reach you depends on airport access and traffic; no fixed number of minutes applies to every pickup.
Meet & Greet
This option can help travelers who prefer an indoor meeting or need to coordinate a group and luggage. Select it in the booking form and confirm the meeting point before leaving the terminal. OhareRides charges $39 for trips up to 60 miles, with complimentary Meet & Greet for trips over 60 miles.

Consider how much luggage you have, whether the group can easily coordinate outside and whether an indoor meeting would be useful. Both options require accurate flight and contact details. If the flight or terminal changes, tell dispatch. Changing the pickup option after booking should be confirmed with the operator.
