What a flat-rate quote covers
An OhareRides quote is calculated for the trip you enter: addresses, pickup time, vehicle, passengers, luggage and selected options. The quote includes the displayed gratuity, tolls and fuel charges. Review the breakdown before submitting a booking. A reference price on a route page is an estimate, not a confirmed quote for every address in that city.
Time and trip options still matter
Flat-rate pricing does not mean every journey has the same fare. Night and configured holiday premiums can affect the quote. Extra stops, your selected vehicle and optional services also change the total. When comparing two quotes, use the same date, time, route and options. Changes to an agreed trip should be confirmed with dispatch.
Meet & Greet and gratuity
Meet & Greet costs $39 for trips up to 60 miles and is complimentary for trips over 60 miles. Select the option in the booking form. The fare already includes the displayed gratuity; check that line before deciding whether to add an optional extra tip.
What happens after you submit
Review both legs when booking a round trip. The checkout saves a card; it does not charge the card at that step. A submitted booking goes to the operator for approval. Keep the booking status and confirmation details, and contact dispatch if you need to change the itinerary.
