Confirm the passenger meeting point

For your OhareRides pickup, use the meeting point agreed with dispatch. A driver’s waiting or staging area is not automatically the place where a passenger should go. Do not take a shuttle or change terminals to find a parking lot unless dispatch has specifically instructed you to do so.

Collect your bags before requesting curbside pickup

Check your airport and terminal in the booking. Collect your luggage and complete customs formalities where required. Then contact dispatch with your current terminal and door. Airport signs and access arrangements may change, so confirm the current pickup point rather than relying on a remembered door number.

Keep your booking details available

Have your booking reference, passenger name and phone ready. Make sure your phone can receive calls after landing. If you cannot find the chauffeur, call 312-350-7319 and describe your location. Verify the vehicle and chauffeur details before entering the car. Do not assume that a vehicle with a similar appearance is yours.

Choose Meet & Greet if an indoor meeting helps

Meet & Greet adds an indoor meeting with a name sign. Confirm the location before leaving the terminal. It costs $39 for trips up to 60 miles and is complimentary for trips over 60 miles. Your pickup instructions should reflect the option selected in your booking.
