Tell dispatch what changed

When your flight is delayed, cancelled or replaced, contact dispatch with the booking reference and the updated flight details. A new flight number, airport or arrival date can require a different pickup plan. Do not create a second booking before checking whether the first can be adjusted.

Confirm the revised plan

Ask whether the pickup time, vehicle and meeting arrangement have changed. If the delay extends into the night or another day, confirm the applicable quote and waiting conditions. A saved card or original request is not evidence that a changed itinerary has been approved.

After landing

Flight status is only one part of the arrival. Collect baggage and complete required formalities, then tell dispatch when you are ready. Confirm your terminal and meeting point. If you chose Meet & Greet, check the indoor location before leaving the terminal.

If plans no longer work

If the flight is cancelled or your destination changes, review the cancellation policy and speak with dispatch. Keep the relevant booking and airline details available. Clear communication is more useful than assuming that any transport service can wait indefinitely or automatically accommodate a new itinerary.
